Question 1

Who conducts the Arghya and Seva at the ghat?

Accepted Answer

Our team consists of certified Vedic Acharyas and local Teerth Purohits residing at the historical ghats of Patna (Collectorate Ghat, Mahendru Ghat) and Varanasi. They have conducted Chhath rituals according to orthodox Shastras for generations.

Question 2

What details do I need to provide for the Sankalp?

Accepted Answer

You need to provide your family's Gotra, the primary devotee's name, names of up to 5 family members, and your home address for prasad dispatch. If you don't know your gotra, our Acharyas initiate the ritual under 'Kashyap' Gotra as per Vedic traditions.

Question 3

How is the prasad packaged and when will it reach me?

Accepted Answer

Prasad is prepared fresh on traditional mango-wood clay chulhas using pure A2 Desi Cow Ghee. It is hermetically sealed in food-grade eco-friendly containers and dispatched via express air courier to reach your doorstep safely before the auspicious festival days.

Question 4

Can I watch or receive video proof of my personal sankalp?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. For every Arghya and Maha Anusthan booking, our camera coordinator records an individualized high-definition 1080p video clip showing the Acharya pronouncing your family's specific gotra and names at the holy river water, sent directly to your WhatsApp.

Question 5

Why do bookings close early on 14 November 2026?

Accepted Answer

Unlike commercial platforms, we strictly limit capacity to ensure our Vedic Acharyas can individually recite every family's sankalp without hurry, and so our kitchen sevaks can prepare fresh pure ghee Thekua and dispatch it on time.

Question 6

Where is your seva situated and can I attend in person?

Accepted Answer

Our primary seva base is at Collectorate Ghat on the holy Ganga river in Patna, Bihar, with secondary seva arrangements at Dashashwamedh & Assi Ghats in Varanasi. Devotees and their relatives in Bihar/UP are always welcome to visit our ghat camp in person.
